ATTENTION DISORDERS - Aurélie BIDET-CAULET

Computerized test to detect attention/DYS disorders and assess treatments

This computerized auditory distractibility test is intended to help professionnals (psychologists-neuropsychologists, speech therapists, child psychiatrists and neuro-pediatricians) in the clinical exploration of attention and dys-disorders in children and adults, with normative databases established in healthy subjects (6 to 90 years of age). This test is also intended for the optimization and evaluation of treatments for these disorders (pharmaceutical, cognitive remediation, Neurofeedback training). This test offers a wide range of attention measures (sustained attention, voluntary attention orientation, involuntary attention capture, phasic alert, motor inhibition, impulsivity) in less than 30 min, which does not currently exist.
